ARAS Elektrik's digital inspection and reporting platform monitors the compliance of business processes and stock records in its warehouses with regulations.

This project is an internal control system that enables ARAS Elektrik to audit its warehouses and logistics processes according to specific standards. The system not only displays inventory but also scores whether personnel are performing tasks correctly, whether documents are complete, and whether processes comply with procedures. The system's core capabilities include: Digital Audit Forms: A criterion-based dynamic audit module filled out by inspectors or auditors via tablet/computer while visiting warehouses. Process Verification: Systemic confirmation of the compliance of transactions (Incoming/Outgoing/Returning) with company rules. Scoring and KPIs: Automatic calculation of a "Compliance Score" for the warehouse and personnel after each audit. Evidence Management: Uploading photographs/documents as evidence to the system for any deficiencies or correct actions identified during the audit.
